I purchased this item to rehabilitate a badly sprained ankle and hopefully prevent future injury, and I can already tell this will do an excellent job at helping me do so. I'm 180 lbs and it feels perfectly stable with as much weight as I can put on it. My only gripe is that the product was delivered in a badly beat up box, exposing the unwrapped product inside to the point where it looked like I picked it up second-hand at a garage sale. Still, I would highly recommend this product- It's priced very well, seems plenty sturdy, and provides a higher degree of difficulty compared to similar products.
