This is such a great exercise mat!It's quality made,just the right size,and just the right thickness!Some might say it's too thick,but I think it's fine.It has handles on it (it didn't say so in the desciption and doesn't show in the pics),which is important to me.This is not some cheaply constructed flimsy mat like a lot of others out there!It's a tad heavy,but that's to be expected from a big quality mat like this.Cleans easily,and folds up easily when you're done!I would highly recommend this over any other!
