Customer Review: Complete Satisfaction Both Service and Quality

For the past two months I have been treated for severe lower back pain by the 5th largest hospital in the US. After receiving epidermal injections,
complete analysis to include an MRI, the Doctor prescribed "Inversion Therapy". As I have an Engineering background, my first thought is quality
and quanity. I did not want to buy one of these tables every two years. Thus, as is our practice, we set out on a complete evaluation. What it finally came down to, was the Ironman 4000 was well beyond any Tables being offered. The next issue was, "Where To Buy". I was elated when I discovered that Amazon offered the Table, and at a very nice price.I ordered it on Sunday and received it on Friday. Not bad for 2500 miles.
THE BEST PART IS---I began using the Table immediately exactly per the directions and the Doctors instructions. The benefit has been: IMMEDIATE RELIEF!!!!!. So as not to be confused, the recovery is not complete. HOWEVER, the pain level has been reduced substantially and continues to diminish. If you have my condition, have no hesitation, about this machine,what it will do, or the actions of Amazon. We continue to be amazed at how well they conduct their business.

I am not mechanically inclined, but was able to put this product together fairly easily by myself even though at times the instructions weren't as clear as they could have been. The little feet go in a certain direction to fit securely on the floor. It is a bit of a struggle to place the body of the piece up on the handle section by yourself and you have to pry the sides some to get the handles to slip into the slots. Had to work with the strap a little to get it looped correctly. Once assembled I had to make the length of the bed about 4 inches longer then my height to keep my head from going back too fast. I like the foot clasps. They feel secure and comfortable and easy to lock and unlock. The back rest was uncomfortable for me, but that may be because I have a lot of damage in my
spine. I just purchased this item and I'm hoping it will help stretch my spine and provide some relief for my sciatica pain. You do have to go very slow to begin with to prevent dizziness. I have not yet inverted completely and plan to first see if partial inversion will give me the stretch that I want. Overall I think this is a great quality product and I give it five stars.

I have had scoleosis all my life and often experienced back pain. I was also in a car accident that affected my neck. I would go to a chiropractor, which helped, but only for a very short time, until the next visit. I decided after doing some research to get an inversion table. The IronMan 4000 Gravity inversion table seemed to have the best reviews so I decided to purchase it.
I don't regret this purchase at all. I've only had it a couple of weeks, but already it's helped my back and neck a lot. I really like the long handles which makes it easier to return after inverting.
One very important thing I'd like to mention regarding the height adjustment. I found that going by weight, instead of height, is much better for finding your ideal balance point. Next to the height adjustment markers is listings of weight. This works much better to adjust by weight instead of height.
Also, you should start slowing by using only a few minutes a day and not inverting all the way yet. I'm at about 45 to 60 degrees and I can really tell it's helping me.
I highly recommend the IronMan Gravity 4000.

I hadn't seen this product in person, but after reading the reviews, I decided to take a chance on it.
I had used another brand inversion table for several months that had been loaned to me and was told it cost several hundred dollars. I've got to say that this Ironman Gravity 4000 Inversion Table is far superior to that other one..
The assembly was almost a no brainer, with easy to follow instructions. The only thing I didn't find in the instructions was how to release the locked ankle brace. I ended unscrewing the knob at the top of the lever and opening the brace up and then re-screwing the knob on. Then it worked perfectly.
I love the 2 inch memory foam back! It is really comfortable. Another great feature is the quick release ankle guard. Like all other inversion tables, this machine is adjustable for your height. And like another reviewer did, I also adjusted the height 2 inches taller that I am.
This is a great inversion table, and if you are wondering which one to buy, I would get this one. The Ironman is very sturdy and should last many years.

My inversion table came pretty quick. The build was relatively easy, even though I was alone. It takes up to 45min-1hr to build alone. All the parts came with the package.
Here are a few tips:
1) Wear shoes and shorts when using the inversion table. With long pants and without shoes, there is a possibility that the long pants will make you slip out of the braces.
2) Anyone who has a herniated disc will feel the pull and would be able to localize their pain. In other words, your MRI or CT Scan will come to mind when you feel the pain. Its not pain actually. Its more of a discomfort as your body tries to stretch and pull itself with the help of gravity. The lumbar support on the board contorts your body to the natural position your spine should take. For anyone with a herniated disc in the lumbar spine this position may seem discomforting. But no worries once you get off the table you will feel relieved.
3) Do not stay on for more than ten minutes a try or 30 minutes a day. Also, go down slow and come up slowly. You do not want to feel dizzy.
