The IronmanŽ Endurance 100 inversion table is built with a strong steel frame and scratch-resistant powder-coated finish. The Gravity 1000 boasts a durable tubular steel frame with a scratch-resistant powder-coated finish. The backrest, meanwhile, is made of a tough nylon material that's extremely durable yet still comfortable when the table is in use. Most importantly, the inversion system is a breeze to use: once you rest your body against the nylon backrest and slip your feet into the ergonomically molded ankle cushions, simply reach your arms over your head. My wife and I recently purchased the Ironman 1000 from Amazon and received it in less than a week. Assembly was easy and the machine is very solidly built. My wife and I had experienced lower back pain, before getting the Ironman, and had been to the chiropractor a few times for adjustments. I have also had a pinched nerve in my left leg for about 3-4 months. I am 51 years old and have noticed after using the Ironman for less than a week have gained 3/8 of an inch in height. Our backs feel great and no longer have the pinched nerve problem. We now feel that we have more freedom of movement without pain and our backs are getting back to normal. I read the reviews before buying this Inverter, save your money like others have said and buy this Inverter with good confidence. For the price you can't beat it, it's as sturdy as can be and built very strong. I weigh 260 lbs & 6" tall and my wife is 118 lbs & 5" tall and this Inverter handles us perfectly and is very easy to adjust. I just can't say enough about this product, it took about 15 minutes to assemble and is very comfortable at the ankles and on the back when using this equiptment. My husband and I enjoy the Ironman Inversion table very much. We have discovered how to avoid the pain people get in their ankles when the table is inverted. If you securely fasten down the ankle straps has tight as you can withstand, then just relax totally, and you will discover the pain does go away. Your ankles will relax to the point where your feet feel like they are straightening out. Believe me, you will stay secure to the table.
The Ironman Inversion table was worth the money. I use it to stretch my spine, to allow the disc to slid back into place. My husband uses it to simple stretch and totally relax his body. Great Machine........

Ironman Gravity 1000 Inversion Table is my best buy lately and most useful too. The quality and workmanship of this machine makes me wonder what more can the 10-20 times more expensive inversion table can offer. Because I am not too young as I want to be, my wife was very skeptic and kept pushing me to ask my doctor if I really use it. Finally I asked my doctor and he started listing the benefits until I started to lose track. From day 1 I am doing 10 minutes on the machine daily, never got dizzy or sick from it only feel great after the 10 minutes. I am very satisfied with this table. I have never owned or used one before so I'm still feeling my way around with it but I find it to be very relaxing and helpful for my constantly sore back.
It took me about an hour to set up once I received it. Balancing it is no problem. It is very durably made. It would have to be. No company is going to take a chance with shoddy workmanship on a device that suspends a person upside down by their ankles.
All in all I think it is a good buy.
