This was a great purchase! I've been eyeing Inversion Tables for some time now, but was hesitant to spend $200+ on something I wasn't sure would work. After finding this table and reading all the positive reviews, I went for it...so glad I did!
As many have stated here already, the ankle restraints aren't the most comfortable, but I wear long pajama bottoms and make sure they cover my ankles before getting on this, it really helps out. Set-up was easy. I'm a 28 year old, small sized housewife, and I put it together by myself in about an hour. Using this two to three times a day for a few minutes each time has really helped my back over the last few weeks. If you interested in Inversion, this product is a great alternative to the super pricey Teeter brand!

I was very impressed by this product. I didn't really expect it to be so solid and easy to put together. The instructions were clear and it only took about 45 minutes to assemble. For a $125.00 and no shipping you can't beat it. I've used it several times and it glides back very smoothly and feels very sturdy. The ankle clamps hold firmly and are comfortable considering you are hanging from your ankles with all your weight. I guess the more you weigh the more uncomfortable that could be. I have injuries to both my arms and have already noticed an improvement because I can stretch them further and easier upside down using gravity in ways I can not do upright. All in all I am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend buying this inversion table.Customer Review: Inversion at a great price

I have chronic neck and lower back problems from my old (30 years ago) full contact martial arts and boxing days. Chiropractic care does some good but the inversion table is GREAT. Gravity and the convenience of being able to relevie the pressure on my spine several times a day has releived the pain, reduced the shooting pains down my leg and I sleep better. Sound like snake oil but reverfsing the compression caused by gravity WORKS. NOTE: The build quality of the Ironman 1000 is very good, the frame is solid and the long handles are well placed. While the fabric could be heavier it spports well. The only potential issue would be the ankle pads if you have small ankles- you may need to wear sneakers for comfort. I decided to invest in an inversion bench when I was suffering from a severe sciactic condition. A friend had the Ironman Gravity 1000 bench, so I decided to purchase one as well.
Not only did it knock out my condition, but it's kept it from coming back with only once a week 5 minute sessions on the bench. Lately I've been using the bench every other day to help with back pain from frequent biking.
If you have a back/disc issue, this piece of equipment is worth its weight in gold. My girlfriend and I let friends and business associates use our bench often to help with their various back maladies - which are always improved after regular use on the inversion bench.
You will not regret this purchase!

My husband was suffering from sciatica and my daughter has a herniated disk L4/L5. After only a week on this table both are feeling releif. You do have to build up your stomach, you do get queezy, to handle hanging upside down. You increase your hang time a few mins each time your on the table. If you have a very weak stomach this might not be for you. You have to be able to get thru having blood rush to your head while hanging. This is a learned technique. The table is extremely sturdy and made of high quality materials. We saw this same table at Dick's Sporting Goods for $100 more. I had the table at my door in 3 days. It took approx 30 mins to put together. Tools were included.
