Customer Review: For the price and size, it works fine if you follow a few rules.
Sport shop rating: 4 Stars

For the price and size, this camera works fine, if you follow a few rules. The best quality of pictures is in hi res and uncompressed, tho hi res and compressed wasn't bad either. Despite what the one review said, the pictures ARE digital. You can save them in .bmp or .jpg format. Due to the limitations of the lcd screen, upper and lower case letters have to be used. With this in mind, it is easy to see that the "symbols" are contractions of what the operation is, not hieroglyphics. If you remember that this is NOT a low light camera, that you need an amount of light equal to daylight, you will get good pictures. With less light, pictures will have patterns running across them due to the ccd's electronic noise level being higher than the light level. All in all, I am happy with the ease of use and the quality of pictures that this little camera has. This was bought on a whim, I also have had a top of the line sony digital for a number of years.

Customer Review: Loads of fun.
Sport shop rating: 4 Stars

Lots of people hate this thing, but why would someone spending $20 on a tiny flimsy piece of plastic expect great pictures?

I bought this last week, and have been shooting pictures with it all over town. The pictures are strange, oddly blurry, and the colors are all goofy, but they all have their odd charm to them, and it's loads of fun to be able to take the thing out in the middle of a restaurant and shoot pictures.

I've spent much more on cameras and not had nearly as much fun with them as I did with this one.

If you're looking for museum-quality photos, forget it.

If you're looking for the sorts of photos you should expect out of a $20 camera and want to have loads of fun shooting them and then putting the camera back in your pocket, get this. you'll have a blast.

Customer Review: decent
Sport shop rating: 4 Stars

Our family took a trip to niagara falls and I won this camera at a arcade for 2,000 tickets. I read the manual so I could take low res pictures and store over 200 photos. I shot many pictures that day. When I came home from Canada, I plug it in and looked at the photos. On the computer the photos looked fantastic no matter how big. When I went to print a photo it came out okay. But this was on low res. Also a good tip is to dont snap the picture and directly after that move it because the picture will come out blury. This is a great small camera. Even though I have this one I'm still shopping around for a 5 mp camera:)

Customer Review: Fine for the price
Sport shop rating: 4 Stars

You get what you pay for, which in this case ain't bad. This camera DOES work. The pics are definitely low-res, but not bad. Handy for carrying in your pocket so you can take a pic anywhere. Not good for low-light conditions or distant objects, however. The webcam DOES work (I tried it). Included software is basic but functional. A cool gift for a kid or that 'James Bond' in all of us. Runs on 1 battery, so it's cheap to carry an extra one. Resolution can be set to high or low. Slightly bigger than a box of matches. No LCD screen, but USB upload to my PC worked flawlessly.

Customer Review: It's compact, cute, and functions well for the price
Sport shop rating: 4 Stars

I honestly don't know why so many people are complaining about low image quality. What do you expect at this price? the quality of a Nikon D70?? If so, you need to come back to reality.
As long as you keep in mind the camera's limitations, it functions beautifuly. I make sure to stand about 3' from the subject and always take pictures in broad daylight. My pictures have turned out amazingly well for such a small, cheap camera.
