If it?s important to keep up your morning jog or take walks on unpaved trails after baby is born, the In Step Run Around is an excellent choice from a tried-and-true line of jogging strollers. The lightweight tripod frame rests on three all-terrain tires and features independent shocks so baby rides comfortably over curbs, rocks, tree roots, or whatever happens to be underfoot. A five-point harness keeps children safely strapped in while going over bumps. There is also a hand brake on the push barn to slow the Run Around down and a tether to ensure that the stroller doesn?t get away from mom or dad.

During rides, kids are shaded from the sun by a generous canopy with a peek-a-boo window on top to check on baby. Multiple storage pouches below and behind the seat, plus zippered storage on the sides of the seat and canopy, offer plenty of room for baby gear. A parent tray on the top holds drinks and also offers a covered compartment for items, such as keys or glasses. As with most jogging strollers, the InStep Run Around is bulky to store or transport in the car?even when folded flat; however, all the wheels do detach pretty easily for longer road trips. Parents cannot begin using this stroller immediately but once baby is 6 months, it?ll hold her all the way up to 50 pounds. --Cristina Vaamonde

Sports reviews of InStep Run Around LTD Jogging Stroller (Blue/Black)

Customer Review: great stroller for your $
Sport shop rating: 4 Stars

Overall this is a great stroller for the money.

Advantages:
It is a nice looking stroller that rides smoothly. It has decent pockets. It is a good price for a jogging stroller.

Disadvantages:
The front wheel takes some adjusting to get it so the stroller doesn't drift to one side. The buckels/restraints are clumsy and it is not as simple as just snaping the child in. You have to thread the lap belt through the fabric at the crotch and through the shoulder straps which can be tricky with a squirmy child (other jogging strollers I have used are much easier). Also, a squirmy child could slip their arms out of the shoulder straps. To be very critical, I would have to say that the fabric makes loud crinkling sounds when putting your child in and out (unlike some other jogging stollers I have used).

Customer Review: good value and durable! Break is hard to setup!
Sport shop rating: 4 Stars

I purchased this stroller around $95 with free shipping. For that price, it is pretty good quality.

I have 2 complains about this product
1) This jogging stroller is kinda big to fit in Small SUV's trunk.

2) Break is hard to set up. I spend couple hours setting up the break, but couldn't make it to work. So I took it to bike shop and they set it up nicely for $15.00

Customer Review: Awesome jogging stroller for the price
Sport shop rating: 4 Stars

I just bought this yesterday., and I love it!! The only thing I would change on it is the front tire, it should swivel and it doesn't. Besides that my little guy loved riding in it, he fell asleep so he must have been comfortable. A good value for the price. Lots of handy storage pockets, basket underneath, bag on the back of the seat. Parent console is awesome.

Customer Review: Its a nice stroller!
Sport shop rating: 4 Stars

Its a great price for the stroller. The only on thing I agree with the other reviews is the front wheel. You can only go straight and its hard to turn a corner. If you jog down a path and not the streets it perfect. If you run around a neighborhood and need to turn corners, this stroller it not for you.Very smooth ride.

Customer Review: OK for the money
Sport shop rating: 3 Stars

After a long hiatus from jogging, I bought this stroller to get back into shape. It's an acceptable stroller for entry-level joggers but I'd spend the money and get something nicer if you run more than 10 miles a week. It's also a good purchase if you're not sure you'll like it. I have to warn though, if you have long legs, you might have to alter your running style. I've noticed that I often run to the side of the stroller because my legs are so long that I kick the basket underneath if I don't pay attention.
My major complaint is that the brake on the stroller hasn't worked from the moment I took it out of the box and I followed the instructions on putting it together and hooking it up. I can't say if I'd use it even if it were working, but the fact that it's been broken since day 1 irritates me. Another issue I have is that it's very bulky. I have trouble getting it in and out of my trunk so if you've got a compact car, this is definitely not the stroller for you.
I do like that it's easy to run with(after some getting used to)and nice looking. I always pass people with the $300 strollers and can honestly say that I wouldn't be able to tell the difference. I also like that it must be comfortable to ride in because my daughter always naps while I run.
Like I said earlier, good for the money but if you're a serious runner, I'd spend the extra $50-$100 and get something a step or two better.
