A traditional style of meditation cushion, our Zafu is a round cushion with pleated sides. We fill our Zafus with buckwheat hulls, which mold to the shape of your body, yet are resilient. The cotton cover is zippered, so you can add or remove filling to cFor a seated experience free of knee pain and leg cramping, the Hugger Mugger Zafus Choice Yoga Meditation Cushion is an ideal choice. This traditional style meditation cushion is perfectly sized to support yoga asanas as well as cross-legged or kneeling meditation positions. The Hugger Mugger Zafu Cushion provides better spine alignment as you sit and is the proper height for a more comfortable and deeper meditation, making sitting meditation easier on the knees, ankles, and back.
