My boys love this toy. Ages 6 and 8. We put it together together and it wasn't too bad. My only regret is I bought it in fall and would have loved to have it all summer long. Review the precautions with your child and you shouldn't have any problems with loosing control or dangers. First, let me say it is a true trajedy that the only review of the Green Machine is some dude complaining about how it was shipped.
The Green machine has rear wheel steering. While the controls might take some kids a few minutes to get used to, the ability to still pour on the power when in a sharp turn makes this the sports car of the low plastic tricycle class.

My 11 year old son loves his Huffy Green Machine. We just got it for his 11th birthday and he and all of his friends have a great time on it. The only problem we have, is that I thought it was going to be just a little bit bigger. On the box it says Huffy Green Machine "mini". My son and his friends absolutely love his Green Machine. I have also ridden it and I like it as well. It is so well constructed and we have had no problems whatsoever with it. I will most likely get another one for my younger son when he turns 6 later this year. The boys love making it drift and spin. This is an awesome product!!!Customer Review: a really enjoyable ride!

The Huffy Green Machine is a wonderful ride. My son was refusing to learn how to ride a regular bike because he was afraid of the height but with the Green Machine it rides low and he did not have the fear! He actually now says that he is ready to try a regular bike! Thanks for helping to introduce our son to the world of bike riding!
