My wife received these in a care package during her deployment in Iraq. Sometimes she can't shower due to mission activities, sometimes the showers are broke, sometimes she just needs a refresher in the middle of the day since you can boil water outside in the summer with no flame.
She loves them, plain and simple. They're bigger than the standard baby wipes and you don't smell like a baby walking around all day plus they actually stand up to the abuse better than others.
