I've used a medium strength power twister for a few years and I thought I was relatively strong. Although, I must admit that I've started using it more earnestly over the last few months. So, I bought the heavy duty version with confidence. Wow, was I mistaken. It took me a month of looking at it and testing it before I could actually break and bend it. I let it go once and got a slap on the chest. I don't like the foam grips that much but harder ones would probably be bruising so I have a Catch 22. It's tough, but when I can bend this with ease I will officially be a physical specimen.
I went back to edit this review. Wow, I can now do 80 + reps with this power twister and my chest went from a barely respectable 41 to a fairly sizable 47/48. Warning this will cost you money because if you use it earnestly you will need to buy new shirts.
My last update. I can now do 100-120 reps my chest is 49-50 inches and my arms have increased by 1/2 inch getting close to a respectable 16 inches (very good for a 52 year old man). I added push ups so now they are aiding and abetting my efforts, but this powertwister is what put me on the road. I added another star since the what I orginally considered shortcomings have actually enhanced my benefits.
