These foot warmers are super!!! I have a health problem and my feet get cold easy, I have been using these. They are a little hot for just my sock, so I put them under my shoes' insoles. Where I don't have any removable insoles, I fold paper towels so they won't be too hot under just my socks. They also last a good LONG TIME!!1
