I have buying these for my wife for years. She is very active, over 150 miles a week on her bike, walks and goes to the Gym. She is small 5'2" and 103 Lbs. The only problem that she has is cold feet and hands, expecially at night and on her bike. Like I said she would shoot me if I did not keep her supplied. They are so easy to use and fast. This is a fantastic product for people who work outdoor during the cold nights, also great for camping or hunting at night.. The pack will keep you warm for a very long time.. It worked for me during my last boy scout camping. The temperature was 32*F during the night, but I used several packs to warm me up.. These little warmers really heat up as promised, and I found they last for at least 12 hours. I use them for the beds of outdoor cats, and they are great. They give a significant but safe source of heat. I recommend them highly to anyone who wants to help small animals stay warm in the winter. Great stuff for people with arthritis, back pain, muscle pain or any pain where the use of a heating pad isn't practical. Example: I have a back support that has a pouch for cold packs. Instead, I use a Heat Max pack and I'm free to go anywhere and it feels great.
Hands hurt from arthritis? Wrap a pack in a dish towel and kneed with your hand.

If you work or play outdoors in the cold weather. Looking for a product to keep your hands warm. I work outside construction. HeatMax HotHands work great. Will last through a 12hr. shift plus. Put out A really good amount of heat. HeatMax Hand and Body warmers. Best product of this type I have found. A must have in my cold weather gear.
