This is a well constructed handgrip with comfortable grips - plenty of surface area for squeezing. This is the perfect grip for an average strength person. I find that more than 15 reps are difficult which is perfect tension.
If you are a woman or have smaller hands, it still works great but you may need to use both hands to compress it slightly to get started. I have been using this for 2 months now and it is holding up well.

Excellent buy, perfect for a mini-workout while at the office. I'd highly recommend it for anyone interested in improving their grip (rock-climbers) or working out their inner forearms. i RECENTLY BROKE MY HAND WRIST AND THIS IS A GREAT TOOL TO HELP MY HAND TO RECOVER THE MOVEMENT THAT I HAVE BEFORE.
