It's a beaded jump rope.
Pros:
High quality.
The beads are nice and handles are comfortable.
Better than most other beaded jump ropes I've used.
Cons:
The caps in the handle fall out easily. Nothing breaks your concentration while jumping like pieces falling off your jump rope.
I am 6'1 and have long arms. This jump rope is just a little short for me. It's easy enough to lengthen but I wish they would include a few extra beads or make it longer by default.
Overall, this is a very nice jump rope. The length issue and cap problem can easily be fixed. I'm just being very critical. If you are looking for a beaded jump rope, you won't be disappointed with this one.

This rope has some decent weight to it making jumping easier and more rhythmic. Good for beginners like me. Beads take a beating and hold up fairly well ( so far ). I use the thing on concrete, but its probably not designed for that. Yes, the end caps on the handles do come off. However, they serve no purpose whatsoever. If you realy want the caps to stay on, super glue em. I'm out.Customer Review: Excellent for the price

I like this rope a lot. the weight of the beads makes it spin easily and doesnt take any break in period to get the cable to lose the packaging shape like my speed rope did. Doesnt spin nearly as fast as the speed rope, but still great for getting a workout in. I tend to use this one more than the other one and has held up perfectly so far. This jump rope won't tangle, is a little heavy, and makes a crisp sound when it hits the floor. Basically, this is perfect for new people who jump rope because you can definitely get the rythme down. Plus, the beads protect the rope from being torn apart by rough surfaces. (i.e. concrete) Don't expect to be doing any fast roping or tricks though.Customer Review: Great Jump Rope

This was the fourth jump rope that I'd bought in a year and I believe it will be the last. This jump rope is very sturdy and doesn't easily tangle. The weight in the rope is evenly distributed to give you a good rotation. My workout is more enjoyable now that I have a good jump rope!
