The product picture looks kind of whimpy and flimsy, but it's not. It's heavy duty and actually long enough so the sled isn't bumping into you. Just remember to CARRY the sled through the parking lot and over rocks so the runners aren't damaged.

There are lots of ways to get your Hammerhead sled up a hill, but none is quite as nostalgic as a good tow line. Enter this cool Hammerhead line, which attaches quickly and easily to the steering arm of your Hammerhead sled via ergonomic snaps, and comes off just as quickly for the run down the hill. It's far easier than carrying the sled up the incline, plus it brings back some vintage memories. The Hammerhead sled is sold separately.

Hammerhead Sleds was founded in 2002 with the goal of re-creating the excitement evoked by sledding a century ago, when the Flexible Flyer was first marketed.
