Customer Review: Too small to be of any use

It is too big when folded and too heavy to carry around, too small when you unfold it, it bearly covers your head and shoulders (I am a size S/M man), cheeply made and ugly. Used it for the first time this morning when it drizzled (no wind). Result: I am wet from shoulders down. What a waste.
