I have used this gripmaster different resistence colors for years, and have found them
very helpful for golf and overall fitness.
I just purchcased this light resistence to rehab my left arm after a bike wreck broke my arm with ulnar nerve entrapment.
It is a long slow road to recover from nerve injury and I may yet need surgery, but this is one of many tools helping my
recovery. I am an active fit young 70 yr old man.
