Within a thin plastic case, this system is comprised of small thin soap leaves that are helpful for getting clean, on-the-go outdoors. Just add water and your hands get clean. This is more helpful than just using hand sanitizer which doesn't get rid of the dirt. It takes one leaf to wash your hands/arms. The pitfall is that you must take the leaves out, before you wet your hands.
This makes a great system for camping or when you're outdoors and need some really deep cleaning.
It's really worth a try.
