Like the product itself for ankle strengthening-used it with exercises reccmmended by my physical therapist; works well and is sturdy; however, accompanying disc with core exercises did not work either in my DVD player or computer-error message said it was not "playable"; contacted company about this but never received a reply-disappointingCustomer Review: didn't like the adjustable base

I prefer the older model that had a fixed base. That was what I thought I was ordering, but it turns out that Go Fit doesn't make that model anymore. Home Fitness was great about providing a refund. The wobble board is well contructed, no complaints there. However, the instructional DVD was defective and an e-mail to the company went unanswered. I'd think twice before ordering from them again.Customer Review: good exercises, but not much fun

This purchase was disappointing to me. While the balance exercises seemed appropriate, it took too much time when watching the video for instructions to proceed from one exercise to the next. It would have been helpful to have a wall chart of the exercises to quickly refer to once the video had been used to show how to do each exercise correctly.
