I have read where there was a problem with the DVD, but that problem must have been corrected. The DVD works fine, and as an added bonus it features Mark Verstegen who is one of the finest sports trainers in the country. We originally purchased the wobble board because my husband has weak ankles. Well, it's helping to strengthen his ankles and so much more. The DVD has several exercises and stretches that help work your entire body. It's a nice, sturdy, high quality board.Customer Review: rehab tool

I bought this after an ankle injury. It's a great product and the DVD guides you through various strength/stretching exercises. It definitely speeds up recovery after a injury and helps prevent future injuries...
