About a month or so ago, I sprained my ankle pretty severely and was worried about rehabbing it enough so I could hit the roads and start running again. I did some research and decided to order a wobble board to strengthen my ankles and reorient my proprioreceptors that affect balance when walking or running. I would call this a middle-of-the-line board in terms of price, which was very reasonable, and I have been very satisfied with the quality. I've gotten very good at standing on it, and the level of difficulty is satisfactory. It comes with a fitness DVD which I have not watched to completion because I find them boring, but if that's your thing you may like it. Overall, the wooden board seems very high quality and I am pleased with it.
