Description of GoFit Chin-Up Bar
The GoFit Chin Up Bar is a great addition to your at home training program. Not only is the bar perfect for chin-ups, its can also be used as a foot anchor for sit-ups and crunches. The GoFit Chin-Up bar will adjust to fit most standard width doorframes. The bar easily supports up to 250 pounds of weight when mounted properly. Comfortable foam grips are secured to the bar to minimize hand fatigue. Includes mounting hardware. I put this up on my doorway and it's great. You do have to use screws (they have space for about 5 on each side) but you can cover/fill those later on pretty easily with putty and paint. The bar itself is really comfortable and can hold alot of weight (atleast 300).Customer Review: works great, great quality

installed this in my doorway. It is great to get a good CORE workout in the morning, quick and easy before work. a few situps, pushups, and last but not least, chinup (thanks to this product). Im only 100 pounds so I didnt need to install it with hardware, Just by pressure! Great Product it stays put, and very good idea to exercise regularily, just do one pull up every time you come in the room and that should be a way to stay fitter.Customer Review: Great chinning bar

After reading the bad reviews for the everlast chinning bar, I settled on this one. I didn't see how this would work with the pics amazon had, but it's very sturdy and works great. I've posted some pics of the bar mounted. See "customer images".Customer Review: solid bar

This bar can hold up my quite large 265+ lb roommate who loves to try and swing on it, but I wouldn't recommend swinging on it in general. It easily holds me up and I'm pushing 220 so this is a great pull up bar for the price.
