The GoFit Chin Up Bar is a great addition to your at home training program. Not only is the bar perfect for chin-ups, its can also be used as a foot anchor for sit-ups and crunches. The GoFit Chin-Up bar will adjust to fit most standard width doorframes. The bar easily supports up to 250 pounds of weight when mounted properly. Comfortable foam grips are secured to the bar to minimize hand fatigue. Includes mounting hardware. Comes with two sets of brackets complete with long mounting screws for solid anchoring. The five holes in each bracket allow the bracket to be rotated slightly to fit a narrow door frame, using only four of the five holes, perfectly adequate. I especially like the velcro-adjustable grips to stay centered within the door frame while doing chin-ups.Customer Review: I love it!

This is one of the best physical fitness items that I have ever purchased. I use it throughout the day, all day long and the results are showing in my shoulders, chests, and arms. I did a lot of research before I bought and the quality relative to the price is simply unsurpassed. This is the best pull up bar out there. It is very strong and feels solid. I put it between my doorframe and although it would probably hold me without the retention brackets (I'm only about 160lbs), I put the brackets in. It does it's job wonderfully and I am already seeing results in my strength! Great product don't hesistate to buy this.Customer Review: I had to have my own!

My old roommate had one of these and I loved it so much I had to get one. I am 210lbs and it held me aloft. The padding is so soft that even with my boxer's fracture I was able to do at least 12-13 reps before giving my hand a rest. I like it, it's lightweight and useful in building muscle or just getting the blood pumping on a slow day.Customer Review: Love It

The chin-up bar is great. the construction is well built. The only thing I can think of that would be a problem is if you lost the fabric peices that helps your grip because the bar itself is hard to hang on to, too slippery. I love this bar though. I use it for everything. I can do many exercises with it.
