The GoFit Chin Up Bar is a great addition to your at home training program. Not only is the bar perfect for chin-ups, its can also be used as a foot anchor for sit-ups and crunches. The GoFit Chin-Up bar will adjust to fit most standard width doorframes. The bar easily supports up to 250 pounds of weight when mounted properly. Comfortable foam grips are secured to the bar to minimize hand fatigue. Includes mounting hardware. At first when it first came,i thought i can't extend it,but if you read the box carefully you can extend it...im currently using it without the brackets and is working fine.
Heavy Duty Strong Bar,extendable,can hold up to 180-lbs without the brackets....etc...
All in all...I expected less from this because of its price..but it seems to be worth more than its expectations,so its a must buy.

So far this bar has been great. It is very sturdy and comfortable to grip. You really do need a very solid doorway to drive the screws into, but if you're careful to set it up properly, you shouldn't have any trouble. One disadvantage is that the bar can untwist during using it, so you simply have to make sure it is securely twisted into place every so often. It's simple. Mount as instructed and you're all set. It's not like its rocket science to mount a chin/pull up bar. Five screws in each side of the door jam and ta-da. My only recommendation is don't be lazy mounting the thing. Measure and make your life easier. No one wants to try to install a bar into brackets that weren't mounted on a straight line. I just started going to gym and this product is great to use in the morning before i go to work.. i put it right on top of my bedroom door that way i wake up and i can do a few reps with my eyes closed as i walk to the bathroom... hmm another intersting place to put it.. Maybe even in the shower so while you shower you can do pull ups... the fun never ends...Customer Review: Just what I needed

I needed a good looking, sturdy, comfortable chin-up bar thats cheap. This is the bar! Installation took 10 minutes. The grip padding is nice and the bar is tightly in place. The chrome pipes are strong and will hold just about anyone; I am 155 and I feel sure doing my pull-ups. No tax and free-ship give this bar extra value. I definitely recommend it!
