Don't waste your money on this foam roller. After only 3 weeks mine was useless. The foam had broken down so bad it would not even roll. I'm trying one of the heavy duty molded ones now. So far it seems much better.GoFit 6-Inch by 18-Inch Foam Roller with Core Performance DVD
