I love the Go Swimm series. I now own 5 DVDs by them - All Strokes with Kaitlyn Sandeno and Erik Vendt, Freestyle by Kara Lynn Joyce, Freestyle by Karlyn Pipes-Neilsen, Breathstroke by Brendan Hansen, and Backstroke by Aaron Peirsol. Except for the All Strokes, I would give the rest of DVDs 5 stars with All Strokes 4 stars. The producer, Glen Mills an accomplished swimmer himself, breaks each swimming style to about 6 focus points. These points are easily practiced and mastered. What I really like most about the series is that they have many good camera angles escpecially under water. It's a pleasure to watch these world class swimmers do what they do best. I must have watched Kara's video more than 12 times in the past 2 weeks. I like Kara's video more than Karlyn's.
Since I've watched the video, I have noticed my swimming has improved greatly in less than a week with using the newly bought Speedo and Bettertimes swimming paddles and Tritan's Positive Drive Fins .
