As others have said, this basket will only hold about 60 balls if you want to close the lid. I find it very easy to pick up balls with it. And its sturdy enough, it might wobble a bit, but I've had this basket out on very windy days when practicing serves and have never had it tip over on me. Also, major sporting goods stores in my area want around $40 for a basket similar to this. So this is a great value at half the price. I'm thinking of picking up a second one.

The durable construction of the Gamma® Ballhopper® Hi-Rise? 75 features a strengthened weld design, Diamond Clad weather-resistant coating and unique wear bumpers. An attached lid helps prevent accidental spilling, while convenient handles make for easy pick-up and flip over to stand the basket at fingertip height.Gamma's number-one selling Hi-Rise basket, the Hi-Rise 75 tennis ball hopper picks up and dispenses balls to make your practice routine more efficient. The Hi-Rise 75 is sturdy and long lasting, with such features as a strengthened welded design, a Diamond Clad weather-resistant coating, and unique wear bumpers. More significantly, the basket helps you easily pick up balls through the basket bottom. Simply lift the basket by the built-in handles and place it down on the top of a ball. With little downward pressure, the ball will pop through the wires and join the other balls. And once you've finished picking up balls, you can rotate the handles downward and turn the hopper into a stand for easy dispensing. Also equipped with an attached lid to prevent spilling, the silver hopper offers a capacity of 75 balls. The hopper carries a one-year warranty.
