I started rock climbing 2 months ago and after getting the right shoes and straps and harnesses and chalk the one thing that was really holding me back was my hand strength. Sometimes you have to hold your entire body with just 2 fingers. I started with the medium and now i'm using the heavy for my index finger. If i'm tired i can use the red after climbing and i can use the black days i'm not climbing, its great... and generally just handy to have two. Shipping was cheaper buying this way too.
