The launch ramp is covered with a weatherproof urethane/ABS riding surface that's maintenance-free, with no painting or treatment required. And unlike wood, the surface won't splinter, rot, warp, or expand with moisture. The 10-gauge, cold-rolled steel tubing legs, meanwhile, are durable and tough, so you needn't worry about the ramp buckling during a particularly nasty trick. Perhaps most significantly, however, the launch ramp folds into a compact footprint when you're done skating, so you can easily store it in a corner of the garage or virtually anywhere else.
