My nephew is hopping around like crazy. He got up to 350 consecutive jumps and is still going.
I actually bought it for my younger nephew but he can't get it to hop - he doesn't weigh enough yet.

We bought this pogo for our 8 year old daughter weight is approx. 45 pounds. This purchase was one of two parts, we also bought the Master Pogo as well due to the weight limits and needing one for her sister who is two years older as well as heavier by approx. 30 pounds.
With in a few days the Maverick has had a work out and been nearly mastered. It seems solidly constructed and performance is excellent. The only thing I can see with the design is the red foot rest are made of plastic and I wonder how long if it was left in the weather that the foot rest will hold up. It is reinforced with some sort of metal under the foot rest so even if they fall off it should still be usable.
I'd highly recommend this product for other parents or kids looking for hours of fun and enjoyment for their children. This pogo has a weight limit and as all I would follow these. As I said my 8 year old is only 45 pounds but the force of those 45 pounds she can make the spring collapse almost to the bottom. It comes with instructions to lubricate the pogo so that the pogo will last longer I believe it calls for some sort of silicone lubricant only. This is an excellent toy and worth every penny.

My son received this for Christmas and he LOVES it! He learned to use it quickly and now he "pogos" up and down the driveway. This gift was for a 10 year old who had lots of fun trying to learn how to use the pogo stick. Funny thing is, it was even more fun for the Father who actually had an easier time riding it and had a much needed work out. Recommended to those who want to have fun outside and have the determination and coordination to ride a pogo stick. Be careful and wear a helmet! The product appears durable although the recommended weight range appears a little conservative (people at the low end of the recommended weight had a more difficult time riding because they appeared to be not heavy enough to compress the spring on the pogo stick, and comparatively, those a little above the maximum weight could ride the pogo stick without difficulty.Customer Review: Foam Maverick Pogo Stick

I purchased this Foam Maverick Pogo Stick for my granddaughter's 8th. birthday! I also purchased the Flybar Foam Maverick Pogo Stick for her twin brother. There is NO comparison between the two pogo stick's. The Flybar Foam Maverick Pogo Stick is by far the best pogo stick for children who don't weigh much. The Foam Maverick Pogo Stick is hard to jump on and just doesn't seem like the quality is as good. I wanted to return the Foam Maverick Pogo Stick in exchange for one like I purchased for her twin brother but Amazon has a policy about thirty day exchanges and it's partly my fault because I held it until their birthday and my thirty day exchange time ran out! I am ordering a pogo stick like the one that I purchased for her brother for their little sister's birthday! I would recommend purchasing the Flybar Foam Maverick Pogo Stick NOT the Foam Maverick Pogo Stick!! Sorry, a disappointed Grandmother!!
