The all-black steel shaft is brightened up by multicolored rubber footpads, grips, and tip, all of which are replaceable. Designed for kids ages 5 to 9, or weighing 40 to 80 pounds. I got my daughter this pogo stick for Christmas and she really loves it. It was a bit stiff at first, just like the enclosed directions indicated, but once I bounced it up and down a bit, it loosened up enough for her weight to have it go up and down a bit. Mine was red and blue - OK for a boy or a girl. She's have a great time learning how to use it and getting exercise at the same time.Customer Review: The Only Pogo

My 8 year old daughter was begging for a pogo stick since all the other kids in our neighborhood had one. They ALL had this pogo stick. Once I did a little bit of research I realized why - it's basically the only one available at a reasonable price. My daughter and all the other kids in the neighborhood (from ages 6-9) LOVE it! This is my first Pogo stick. It really helps you with other games for balance and especially with swings. I am only 7 years old and have it only two days so it is still hard for me, but I am practicing. Also this product is very nice colors and it feels nice to hold. Bought this for my 5 year old..she is very active. The first day hopped 1 or 2 times, now one a week later is up to 16 to 20... really wears her out :-). before long she will be hopping down the street. it is not like the cheap one you'll find at the department stores ( k-mart, target, wal mart ) you can get at toys r us but you will pay more. was a lil hesitant to get this for a 5 year old but when i opened the pkg and saw all the padding i was a bit more at ease. then when i saw our son(5) start bouncing i soon realized we had nothing to worry about. he started out at 5 bounces, then to 9, then 11, then 48, then 72 and now hes bouncing over 143 times. its so fun to watch him.
