I don't think this is what you want if you are desperate for a hard workout, but for sitting in front of the TV and spinning away instead of being a lump, this is great. Due to a botched surgery, my inner gyroscope is completely discombobulated and I need something I can do at home because I can't drive to a club. This thing is small, portable, versatile, and the price is right. You can't fall off it. All pluses for me and maybe for you.
