I purchased this tube and thought that I could only use it for upper body. Wrong I was watching the Tyra Banks show and the guy that got Jessica Simpson's legs and butt into shape for Daisy Dukes was on. Well, he showed the audience how he had Jessica step on the tube while holding it in a criss-cross. He then proceeded to step side to side. I started following what he was doing and my legs and buns were burning. That was an awesome workout. Talk about hot crossed buns!
