Hi! I have found this DVD to be very beneficial to me. I like the fact that they offer two levels of modifications. I need to do the beginner level. Most exercise videos or DVD's have so many things I can't do without aggrevating my issues, that is seems like why bother. But this DVD has been great.
If it helps to know, I had an anterior cervical dysectomy with a tianium plate (they removed to discs and filled the space and then fused it) Now all discs in my neck are herniated. I have fibromyalgia, TMJ, osteoarthritis in my jaw, 2 thoracic herniated disc , 2 severely herniated L4/L5 & L5/S1 herniated discs, with spinal stenosis. I have severe osteoarthritis in my back and where nerve root comes out.
I am 44 and have always been a health nut being very physically active. Everything has become physically challenging. I am an exercise video addict, but other than stretching, most of them I can't do.
I am glad I found a DVD that will strenghten my core muscles, it also works in basic stretching and functional fitness. Eat even as an aerobic portion, but I prefer to go for a walk.
I hope this helps. Keep in mind each of us are unique and have unique issues and goals.
