I. My Review

This is it people, You've been looking for the exact replica for Clouds Buster Sword and you got it. Not to mention THIS IS the best price you'll find for an accurate re-creation of the Buster Sword.
The sword is well made and IS able to be used in combat/practice situations, Other replicas on here are not. Due to the Full Tang this sword can take a few blows and keep going. The Handle and Hilt are both well crafted and sturdy, The blade on mine is of good quality and came to me kinda dull (buy yourself a sharpening tool).
I must admit I was abit suprized about the weight. If you hold it stright up it feels somewhere around 17 - 20 lbs. but as soon as you start pointing that massive blade out word the weight doubles.. Possibly even triples. With that said this is an excellent sword for training, Learn to weild this and other swords will feel like feathers in your hands.
Final Fantasy 7 fans & Collectors do not miss out, I myself own a much more expensive version of the Buster Sword and it still does not compare to the sheer size of this beast. This sword is going to sell out quick so buy while you can!

III. History/Story
-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-
The Buster Sword was made famous in Final Fantasy VII, in which it served as the primary weapon of the game's protagonist, Cloud Strife. However Final Fantasy VII is not the first RPG to contain the Buster sword, which also appears in Lufia II: Rise of the Sinistrals as well as Lufia and the Fortress of Doom.
In the game's story line, Cloud takes the Buster Sword from his fallen friend, Zack, who obtained it from his mentor Angel. Zack gave a comatose Cloud his weapon prior to being shot to death by Shin-Ra troops while trying to protect Cloud. Because of this exchange, Cloud later places the weapon over Zack's grave in his honor. In the game, it cannot be bought or sold, and is the weapon used by Cloud during the game's cut-scenes. The Buster Sword's most distinguishing characteristic is its impractical size. It has become an iconic element of Cloud's appearance, and within some RPG fan circles, it has become synonymous with any impractical oversized sword in video games or anime.
