I don't know about the complaints others had. I couldn't expect a more better set for the $29 I paid. Awesome deal. The clay chips really had good feel. Both the decks that came with the set were unusable after just abt 6 hrs of continuous play. But, that is ok. I could get some pretty good cards somewhere. Since the chips and case were way too good, this is pretty ok for me. I am glad and would definitely recommend anyone to get this.

When I first got this set, there was a large crack on the side of the aluminum case. Luckily since it was a manufacturer's defect, I was able to replace the set for free. Amazon paid for the shipping and immediately sent me a new one, which was much better. In the second set, the case was fine, and the chips stacked well and were a good weight. My only problem with the set is that when you look up close, you can see defects in the coloring/painting of the chips.
Overall for the price, the set is worth it.

I got this item off amazon with free shipping. Was afraid about some of the comments about scratched and broken case. However, mine was just one tiny dent probably from UPS which is unnoticeable. The only reason why this deserve a 4/5 is because the inside of the case is a little ripped but that is not a problem for me. Overall, okay quality chips for the price and not missing any pieces. I think this is a GREAT buy and if i need another poker set as a gift or something, i would definitely buy this one again.Customer Review: Not Bad

Overall I was pleased with this--sturdy case, nice chips, and dealer and blind buttons. The cards seemed a little cheap, but I can get decks of cards anywhere. The chips feel very nice in the hand, but there must be some kind of microscopic burrs on them because they snag and won't slide across a felt tabletop. I mainly bought this set over my other choices because this had free shipping, my top choices all wanted $20 or so for shipping.
Now, if only I could win a game once in a while.

I am an occasional card game player. These chips are very nice and heavy and do feel like the real thing. The aluminium case does not feel very strong but so far has been holding up. The card deck are not of very good quality - but for the occasional player, they are just fine. Finally, I found that the chips, once out of their plastic wrap, are tough to organize nicely in a row.
Other than these minor issues, this is a good buy.
