Who'd have thought that you can do reverse finger training using these gum-rubber bands? Hey, it won't become an Olympic sport, but I can say now from (pardon the pun) FIRST HAND EXPERIENCE, that these bands DO increase the power of the grip as well as the strength of the individual digits. AND IT'S FUN AS HECK! Look, who doesn't like squeezing those "stress balls" or punching the little "stress clown" (no, not your boss!) all about his face and head at work?? Well, those are great stress relievers, but now you can relieve stress AND build strength without frightening the guy in the cube next door. These bands can be used on all fingers, a couple, or just one finger at a time. Using HAND GRIPS are great for CLOSING power, but if you don't train and strengthen the muscles that OPEN the hand, you are missing out on your full power potenial. If you use a lot of sign language, especially in traffic when someone cuts you off, you can't blast 'em with confidence and power! No just kidding, be civil. But I am SERIOUS about the improvements I have seen in my overall grip, pinch and finger strength. As a martial artist, strong fingers are needed for many open-hand style techniques. All expectations exceeded. Iron Mind also sent a free catalog of their other items. They do have many excellent products which I'll soon be adding to my home training center. Be safe and be well!
