If you purchase this wheel, you should get a yoga mat to roll the wheel, otherwise you can can seriously hurt yourself if you try to roll it like the bodybuilder on the box. You really feel it working on your abs and shoulders with the mat. I bought it because it was very inexpensive, portable and easy to store. This is an excellent piece of equipment that can be used alone and/or if you work out in a gym.Customer Review: The wheel

The Everlast Wheel was delivered on the date projected and was very easy to assemble. I'm 59 and I was determined not to have a "pot belly" and felt the wheel could help me stay firm in my stomach area. I've been using the wheel for over a month and have already seen results. I've worked up to 2 reps 15 each and will go to 20 reps next month, my goal is 30 reps each, by July.Customer Review: Challenging but effective

I use this for shoulder and upper abs, while doing core supersets. For the quick home workout, I combine it with Perfect Pullup Heavy Duty Performance Series Ab Straps.
Good quality product, reasonably priced, albeit a slow delivery time.

This ab-exerciser device is simple, but very strenuous. The instructions are spartin and I wish they had been more detailed about how to get the best oblique workout. But, all in all, for the low price I think its a good purchase . . . now I just have to use it!!Customer Review: not bad

who ever thought this little thing could work so well? would recommend to others, been using it for 2 weeks everyday and noticed a difference. only con i have is the grip and that today my back started to hurt so i don't know if its the wheel or the way i slept.
