I just bought this and holy smokes! I took a hiatus (got lazy) from working out for about half a year. I just got back into it and while I was at the local sports store I saw this. Price was cheap and had heard it really works. I'm still feeling it after 2 days! It's good pain. The kind you know you used muscles that you hadn't in ages. It works more than your abs, that's for sure. My shoulders, chest and back really got a good workout with all the hyper extending. I really recommend this but people, please use good form and go easy on yourself. It make look like a kids toy but it will destroy you if you're not careful and use bad form. This wheel was very easy to assemble. It is important to use some type of lubricant to slide the hand grips on. At first, I tried to slide one on without it because I was afraid the lubricant would make the hand grips slide around during use after I put it together. The hand grip would only go part of the way on and I had difficulty getting it back off. So, I followed the advice of another reviewer and used a tiny bit of petroleum jelly. The hand grips slid right on and the wheel has worked great.
The wheel is very stable and works as it should. What more could you ask for? This is a very well-made exercise wheel for a great price.

wow so i took this out of its box and thought o god this is gonna be cheap and not work because its really simple and small. but the first roll i did with it i felt a good burn in my abs and arms. after a few minutes i felt like my abs were gonna explode with ripness. it definately works great for a great price. i have one of those ab blaster lounges too- and this works sooooo much better than that. those things are boring and i dont feel a burn for a long time.Customer Review: A very good value. This double-wheel has a wider rolling surface, which makes it a lot less prone to tip than single-wheel models. The bar is hollow, but very strong, and the wheel hubs and spokes are made of a strong plastic, ... so the product is very light. (Suggestion: If you wanted an even more stable design, you could slide one wheel off and put something like a 3/4-inch inner-diameter spacer washer or two between the two wheels.) Overall, a fine product, at a very good price.Customer Review: gee~!!!!

Sometimes the simplest thing can be the best thing in the world. Gee, I wish I came up with this gadget, I would be a millionaire by now. If you want to work your arms, abs, back, just use this EVIL WHEEL everyday. Forget about Sit Ups, and wasting money on BIG HEAVY machine. This Wheel can be used for ANYONE ANY age, ANY sex, and of course at ANY place~! Do not worry, I will come up with some gadget next time and be a millionaire! We all be glad I did
