All I got to say about this item, is that its great, it works well on the back, arm, and ab area well, I didn't exercise for a while, it was hard to get used to it, but I burned off the pain eventually and it's working well for me.Customer Review: Great workout device at a small price!

This is an awesome piece of equipment for stomach crunches. If you are new to doing wheels and don't exercise as much as I have start off doing a few and work your way up; otherwise, prepare for pain!

I bought this product and both my husband and I have used it. It took me a bit to figure out how to properly use it, but it works very well! Definately recommended!
