I bought this mat when I just started doing yoga. It took me some time to realize that it's not the right mat for yoga, so I bought another one
1) it's too thick for yoga
2) when you do for example downfacing dog, the mat also stretches, and it doesn't feel comfortable for the poses like this.
2) it's thick and it's not very comfortable for your hands.
The quality of the mat is good, but I don't think it's the right mat for yoga.
