Its perfect for the P90X yoga and ab routines. I dont use it for plyo so I cant recommend it there but it has a good cushion. Dont think it would last long in plyo though.Customer Review: Excellent service

I purchased this mat to use for light workouts and stretching. It is sufficiently thick and can also be used for yoga, plyos, etc.
