Of all the baby products I've purchased, this is definitely on the short list of 'must haves.' I purchased this sled so that I could walk my infant daughter outside in our rural community where sidewalks are seldom plowed and regular strollers are thus useless. This sled stroller cruises easily over packed snow and I found that it worked equally well on snowshoe trails. The stroller handle allows you to keep your little one in line of sight rather than tow them with a line (although you can do that too, as a tow rope is provided). The sled is sturdy, constructed from molded (heavy) plastic and sports metal runners. However, the sled is not too heavy; I can easily lift it over the top of my truck tailgate. I don't recall reading so in the description, but the handle hardware and the seat both come off, which could be useful for when the child outgrows the original configuration. I am really glad that I purchased this sled and not the more expensive wooden sleds I found marketed for infant/toddlers (via major clothing catalogs or high end outdoor retailers). All in all, this is an awesome product and very reasonably priced.
