Customer Review: Great Recovery Drink!

I've been using this product occasionally for about a year now, and I have to say that it is a superb recovery drink. Last summer I began experimenting with recovery approaches after long days (6-8 hours) spent climbing at high altitude. Taking Endurox immediately after I returned to the car from my climbs gave me quite a bit more energy and less soreness the following day, compared to no recovery regime or drinking fluids like Gatorade. Now I use it after long mountain bike rides with the same extremely positive results. I really like the taste of the Fruit Punch, though I tend to mix 2 scoops with 15oz of water, rather than the 12oz recommended on the label - this seems to give it just the right sweetness and consistency for me. The drink goes down very easily just after exercise, even when I couldn't take food. Also, similar to another reviewer, I've come to crave the taste during a ride... something about the conditioning of a nice reward after a long workout? Hard to say, but I strongly recommend this product to anyone looking for a solid exercise revocery regime that gives you more energy and less soreness the next day.
