Great ice wrap that allows me to be mobile while icing my knee. Had been experiencing swelling in my knee after basketball games. Saw a DR. and told me that I just have knee tendinitis. Suggested that I take ibuprophen before my games and ice it immediately after. After using bags of ice that would require me to stay immobilized for long periods of time, I came across this product. It lasts 2-3 hours and the compression I think is very helpful, plus the fact that I can move around while icing it is fantastic. Highly recommend this product.

This Elite-Kold wrap provides up to 2 hours of cold treatment at a safe temperature. It wraps around the knee with and holds secure with VELCROŽ brand closure straps. The unique design features 2 layers of "ice pillows" that contain non-toxic, purified water as the freezing agent.
