Sports reviews of Dynaflex Pro Sports Gyro Wrist ExerciserCustomer Review: A College/Nursing Must Have! Sport shop rating: 5 Stars
As a college student and future nurse, I write a lot and will continue to do so indefinitely. To top it off, I have numerous amounts of papers to turn in, which must be typed. I had pain developing after long periods of writing or typing, and the sad thing is that I'm 18 years old - not a good time in my life to have pain!
I got this Dynaflex hoping that it would ease my pain, and it did! It is kind of difficult to get the hang of it, but once you do, you never forget (just like riding a bike). It increases grip strength and alleviates pain. Definitely worth the money!
Customer Review: Good exercise Sport shop rating: 5 Stars
Like many other reviewers it took me a few times to learn how to get it started. I find that if I roll it for about a foot along a desk it starts pretty well and I can keep it going, speed it up and slow it down. I definitely feel the burn after a minute or so. I can even change hands and keep it going.
I've now had this product for nine months and use it two to three times a week for about an hour each time. I find that the string is the best way to start it and can get it started in either hand. I find that it has helped my grip and added strength to my arms.
Customer Review: GO Away Pain! Sport shop rating: 5 Stars
I grew up hitting golf balls on HARD TEXAS Turf. My hands and wrists were pretty beat up from the constant shock. Typing, playing golf, desk jobs were NOT FUN. 10+ years ago I purchased on of these and my life is MUCH better. I enjoy playing golf, work is still work but it is not PAINFUL at the end of the day and I have purchased 3 more for myself, for home, work and my truck. I have given away 10 or so as I believe in this product. Only negative is figuring out how to get it started consistantly. Once you master that you are on your way.
Customer Review: comon guys... Sport shop rating: 5 Stars
I love using is as a warm up for playing drumset. I'm seeing that the bad reviews are mainly written by people who can't figure out how to start the dang thing.. One method for starting the dynaflex is to quickly run it down your pant leg to rev it up and then get it going up to speed with wrist motion. If that's too hard, try rubbing it quickly across a carpet. You should experiment with the angle at which you hold the device.. I had an easier time in the beginning if I held it horizontally instead of vertically to get it going.
Customer Review: Great for Wrist Strength Sport shop rating: 5 Stars
After bicep tendon surgery 5 months ago, I found that my wrist was very weak. I'm a scratch bowler, and I could not release the ball right. I bought one of these on advice of a friend. It took me about an hour to figure out how to get it going, but just use the string and wind it around as far as it will go (not once around as directed),pull hard, and rotate your wrist as per the instructions. After just three weeks my wrist feels strong as ever at age 54. Check out the YouTube video to get a better idea if you have trouble.
