Sports reviews of Dynaflex Pro Sports Gyro Wrist ExerciserCustomer Review: AWESOME!! Sport shop rating: 5 Stars
Say goodbye to your old spring-grips. Say hello to Dyna-Flex. I bought this for my girlfriend--she's a rock climber. And like many climbers, she already had one, but wore it out from overuse. It's a great strengthening tool and is much more effective and versatile than spring-grips. Plus, it's more interesting to use. Although it does take a little practice to develop proficiency and can get a little noisy at high speeds, it's great to use while watching tv. There are even various ways of using it to condition different muscles in your arms.
My only annoyance with Dyna-flexes is that they are easiest to start-up with a string--a string that is easily lost.
Customer Review: Dyanaflex Pro-Sports Gyro Sport shop rating: 5 Stars
This item has become a useful everyday tool and helps in many ways, both physically and mentally. This item is used to overcome such ailments as tennis elbow and also to increase muscle in the wrists and forearms. It is very easy to use and has now become part of a daily routine to help to eliminate some of the daily stresses that always seem to occur. Included in the package was also an instrutional DVD Manual that gave more informaton on ways to start the Dynaflex and exercises that can be done. I was also very pleased with the quick response in having the item shipped and will refer this to all those that I work with. Great Product and Great Service.
Customer Review: Carpal Tunnel Problems Solved Sport shop rating: 5 Stars
I have had this product over a year now and still use it once or twice a week to keep up forearm strength. I originally purchased this product when I was experiencing fairly severe carpal tunnel problems in my mousing hand. My doctor asked me to start using a splint and we would consider surgery if the problem continued. I saw a review for this product, tried it, and within a few weeks... the symptoms faded away. This product got rid of my carpal tunnel and has been keeping it away. This is a great product. It takes a short time to figure out how to get it going and keep it moving, but once you have the hang of it... It just works.
Customer Review: Great arm and hand exerciser! Sport shop rating: 5 Stars
It took me a long time to figure out how to start this with the advance starting techniques. But it was well worth it. I do not need to carry around the starter string. I have tennis elbow. After a few days of using Dynaflex Pro Plus Gyro Exerciser, I can now extend my arm with almost no pain. This is a great product. It is worth the cost. I also purchased the optional digital speed meter that I rarely use. I use the exerciser to strengthen my arm, hand and wrist. I really do not need to know how fast I had the gyro is spinning. Besides it is very difficult to read the meter while operating the exerciser.
Customer Review: An interesting product Sport shop rating: 5 Stars
Have known about this for a long time and just got one recently. Was able to get it to work right away. The key is to get it spinning as fast as possible initially and then figuring out the movement needed to speed it up. For starting it up lately, I have graduated to using a Dremel with a small rubber arbor normally used to hold the tiny sanding drums. Works perfectly and actually torques right from the get go. I am trying to become more ambidextrous by working this with my less dominant hand and mouse clicking or whatever with the other. Seems to be working. Good luck with yours.
