I used to this to increase overall grip strength to help with my back workouts and throwing a football (yes, grip will help you fling that football my accurately). Worked great, and I noticed my forearms were GREATLY strengthened and I could lift more weight without my forearms feeling like they're gonna fall off
kinda annoying to learn how to use, but it's great...I'm in traffic a lot and would just try to do it while in traffic
stopped using it because i lost the shoelace that came with it and I'm too lazy to fashion another one
it jams sometimes, but was always able to get it out..just a little annoying
I also work in an office, and it eased my carpel tunnel, so that was a plus!
