This is a very good replica gun. It's heavy, it looks and feels real, and it's fully functional (but obviously non-firing). For those who want their guns to remain in pristine condition, though, I would not take advantage of it's functionality, as sometimes the hammer hits the wrong part of the cylinder, and this scrapes up the hammer. Also, the repeated rotation of the cylinder may scratch the front of it. Of course, it gives it more of a used look, so if that is what you are looking for, then do whatever, I guess.
Overall, this is a great replica that I would recommend to any collector of firearm replicas.
